In Chart Trading Order Fills I have Buy Entry and Buy Exit set for color Green and It works fine. However I have Sell Entry and Sell Exit set for color Red and they come up as Green as well. I have set them in Global Settings and Chart Settings and the result is the same. Any ideas?

There definitively is no issue with this. We verified this. You must not be setting the right color settings. Refer to the documentation for the settings here:

I have been with SC for some time now and have just changed to AT . So I am familiar with set the colors When Displaying Order Fills. When I change the color of the Buy Entry/Sell entry the colors change. When I change the color of Sell Entry it does nothing but it does follow the color of Buy Exit. So there is something definitively wrong. Also when the Sell Entry situation occurs the little arrow points from Right to Left and I am pretty sure that in my previous SC set up the Entry arrows pointed Left to Right irrespective of the Long or Short situation. I'm afraid I cannot accept your "no issue with this" comment. From where I am sitting there is definitely an issue. I hope the problem is at my end but I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this and nothing is changing.

Okay we understand the reason for the problem. We want you to use prerelease version 1819. This version does not "solve" the issue.

It just has a change related to the Position Quantity that is displayed with an order fill so that it is based upon the Position Quantity you see in the Trade Activity Log >> Trades and Trade Stats for Charts tabs.

It is essential to understand that the very first order fill which is loaded into a chart is always considered an opening fill and the subsequent order fills are considered opening or closing fills based on their Side and the existing Position Quantity.

You need to set the Order Fills Start Date-Time for the chart control the first fill loaded in:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

For complete understanding of how this works, refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Open Quantity Field Calculation Method

The Position Quantity reported with the displayed order fill is the calculated quantity based upon the first loaded order fill in the chart and does not necessarily represent the actual Position Quantity for the Symbol And Trade Account at that time.

If there is even a single missing order fill since the first fill loaded in the chart, then the open/close state of an order fill will not be interpreted correctly and the Position Quantity displayed with the fills will not be correct.

This can be corrected by adjusting the Order Fills Start Date-Time in the chart to a point in time where subsequent to that point, there are no missing fills and at a point where the position was flat for the Symbol and Trade account of the chart.

If you get frustrated with ongoing issues because you have missing order fills which is an almost certainty, then you are going to have to really limit the order fills loaded into the chart by enabling Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Load Order Fills for Current Day Only.

The start of the day is according to the chart Session Times:
Chart Session Times

With that option enabled, the processing will always consider the trading as if it was flat for the Symbol and Trade Account from the start of the day.

The above will be added to the documentation and we will not provide further explanation. Users are expected to follow the information given and make the necessary adjustments and understand the result.

We have contacted Transact earlier today and told them they need to provide longer-term order fill history. Whether they do or not is up to them. We simply cannot get involved in this further.

We have given you the necessary functionality and explanations for you to resolve this to the extent possible.
