Cursor and changing colors on indicators

My cursor has a white box on the right chart edge for the number of the current level, but it's blank and unreadable. Also, when I create a horizontal or other line it will not change colors; like if I need to draw parallel lines. If I right click the chart and click colors to make them black there are two different blues, but no black available. Sorry, if this sounds trivial, but it's important to me.

You can change the color for the Chart Values tool through Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values.

You can change the color for any of the other tools through Global Settings >> Tool Configs. Here is the documentation for that:
