Rithmic Singapore cannot connect

I can connect and trade on Rithmic 01 US but cannot even connect to Rithmic Singapore to pull data. I use Rtrader also and given where I live, the Singapore server is more reliable for fills and speed/smoothness of quotes and updates. Is this disabled within SC or is it on my broker's end? I would really like to use Singapore for data and trading if possible
