Hi, I am a customer of Infinity and Transact and am using Sierra Charts. 1. I want to add the DTN IQ feed for longer historic data, but the drop down menu in the Data/Service Settings is blocked (see attached file). How can I set up DTN IQ Feed and also get trading access through TransAct Trading? 2. Since I downloaded the latest Version of Sierra Charts, when I draw an arrow with the arrow tool, once switching back to the hand tool, I cannot click on the drawn arrow and move it; also, I have deleted the 2018 Basic chartbook many times from the system and deleted it from the list of Files to open on start up as well, however, everytime I start the program, it keeps loading it. (see attached file) 3. Is it possible to download intraday data on a minute chart going back longer than 28/05/2013? A response would be very much appreciated... cheers hf jr. |

1. You need a direct account for this but we do not recommend using DTN IQ Feed but instead the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service which is superior in all ways: Direct Sierra Chart Account Sierra Chart Historical Data Service 2. This is resolved in 1814. You can disable file downloads from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies 3.
