Hey SC. I'm getting charts which are changing length (and therefor shape), depending on which time-frame bar I choose. I looked a little bit closer, and I noticed that some days have bars which should not exist - bars which start and end at the same closing time. I'm not sure if this is an SC issue, or a data provider issue. The charts I am looking at, are SB(H19), but I'm pretty sure I've had this problem with other commodities as well. The time period in question (the only one I've noticed so far), is a bar which starts and ends at 1pm (closing time for Sugar). Further corroborating the idea is that this 1PM bar has no volume to it. Any ideas as to what's going wrong? |

Adjust the Session Times in the chart to filter out data which is outside of the normal trading hours for that particular commodity. Refer to: Chart Session Times That particular bar with low volume you see is actual data from the ICE exchange. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
