I set the "Global Trade Position Limit" as 1. But anyway SierraChart is able to send a limit order in the amount of 2. Version 1803 64-bit. Thank you in advance.

This will be resolved in the next release. For a reason which is not clear, somehow the implementation of it never had gotten released.

In the new 1805 PreRelease, this limitation works, but only for the simulation mode.

Really it is an impossibility it will not work for non-simulated trading. We verified that it does: Order Error - Order will cause Symbol Settings Position limit for symbol to be exceeded. Limit: 20. Internal Order ID: 3122. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: EURUSD | 2018-09-14 14:42:50 * Is it enabled and what is the quantity? I have checked this once more with position limit quantity 1. The limitation doesn't work only in the case when the option "Use Attached Orders" is activated. If the "Use Attached Orders" is not activated, the limitation works fine, and I also get a message: Order Error - Order will cause Symbol Settings Position limit for symbol to be exceeded. Limit: 1. Internal Order ID: 1154. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: CL.20181000.CME_NY | 2018-09-14 15:18:40 * |
