Trade Activity Log; appears to be listing phantom trades;

Searched for anything on this subject & find no answers; the Trade Activity Log is listing trades that never were triggered in the Spreadsheet Trading System. I did a short test and attached the outcome. I ran a backtest manually via Chart replay>Accurate Trading System BackTest Mode; out of 9 test trades only 6 were valid and signaled in the spreadsheet columns 'K or 'M'; I am either doing something wrong or lost at this point. I have in the past ran many backtests but never found this problem. It occurred in version 1727 so I upgraded to 1803 and still same fake trades. Can you guide me to a solution. Log and screen shots attached;

Those trades are from actual order fills which exist in the Trade Activity Log from the actual trading activity of the trading system. There is no other possibility. You need to look at the Trade Activity log: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity And refer to: Spreadsheet Systems, Alerts and Automated Trading: Disappearing Arrows or Signals In regards to the runup and drawdown, those fields are going to be removed, and re-implemented.
