1733 32Bit Dear Support I have been noticing as I use the Quote board more and more as a means to scroll through symbols that when moving back to the top most symbols using the mouse, that SC often crashes - requesting the program be closed and losing all edits and updates post opening/force save. I did on the last occasion copy the chartbook pre allowing that action but unfortunately the edits are obviously held elsewhere until specifically saved? Thankfully all edits were captured in screen shots as another few hours lost. Many thanks |

Update to the current version. You are running a significantly older version. See if you still have the issue after updating.

Dear Support (V.1798) When editing charts (symbols) selected via a quote-board I am still finding that SC is regularly crashing when I, following edits, begin to again scroll through the quote-board selecting and reviewing other symbols. The result is that all edits are lost as no save occurred pre the crash/SC has stopped working. Many thanks |

Provide the Chartbook you are using where this happens and hopefully we can reproduce the problem. Here are instructions to attach that: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
