Roll over back adjust iussue with new release 1795 and 1798

Hi team this morning the Bund future rolled and I had a no backadjust on the chart I mean the chart was as a std date due roll over. I roll back to 1789 and it's working fine please take a look to solve the issue thx

We are quite sure there is not a problem with the back adjustment in the newer versions. We have verified this and it would make no sense at all anyway. We want you to update the Symbol Settings: Software Download: Fast Update After that reload the chart with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. If that does not help, perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings. We do think this is a Symbol Settings issue. There have been some changes with those in newer versions but the settings are accessed in a more strict way to ensure the proper settings are accessed and we think it relates to that but there is no real problem here. OK make sense but it is a fact that after the roll back to 1789 it works fine while with both 1795 and 1798 it did not. I will follow your suggestion after cash close of Eurex. Thx
