Instances 2 and Instances 3 disappeared when I updated from ver 1785 to 1798

When I updated from version 1785 to version 1798 my Intances 2 and 3 disappeared. The chart books are still listed in Global General Settings to open when I launch SC, but now they don't open. I reverted back to version 1785 per support at Transact and now they don't work in version 1785 either. Please help. Thanks

Can you start a new instance through File >> New Instance? To automatically open a new instance, you need to use this setting: General Settings Window: Instances to Run on Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> New Instances) Are the Chartbook's you want to open listed in File >> Open Chartbook?
