Compact Tool Values Window Not Showing. Tried steps already.

My Compact Tool Values Window not showing. I have followed all the steps under "Cannot See Values Window". They did not work.

A quick response would be appreciated as I really cannot trade without this.

They most certainly did not. I went through them step by step 3 times! Because I couldn't wait on you guys I re-installed Sierra Charts and that fixed it. Countdown timer doesn't have an issue staying on screen. Why in the world is this so much of an issue with so many people?

Did you select Chart >> Reset Child Windows?

If you had Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Set Save Compact Tool Values (CTV) Window Position for Each Chart enabled, then this might have been some operating system level issue. But even that would really not make sense after a code review. Or perhaps it was a font setting issue.

Also we would not ever have recommended a reinstallation of Sierra Chart. Never would we recommend that.

Also last time someone had this issue and we told them over and over again to follow the instructions we linked to, we ended up calling them, and we just simply followed the procedure and it was resolved. We have never known there to be a problem with this. And we were prepared to call you to go through this.
