Hi there,
Currently I am subscribed to Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical data with CME and GBLX already activated.
I would like to trade NG future contract but cannot see it on CME exchange.
Can you help please

You should see the natural gas symbols in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures.

It is: NG-201809-NYMEX

However, you need to activate the Nymex exchange which you do not have currently active. This can be done here:

I do use the same symbol, getting it from NYMEX, using IB data.
However when I compare the chart on Sierra charts and T&S charts, huge difference when display in 520 tick chart.
So I called tech support of T&S platform and was told that the Data for NG symbol comes from CME.
Then I tried to get in on Sierra, File >> Find Symbol >> Futures, but its not there.
What do I do?
thanks

The data from IB is totally unacceptable for these types of charts. You need to activate this exchange on your Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed account:
NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts

Thanks for the quick reply,
Do I need the Market depth or I can go with NYMEX without Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts?
I don't really need to trade from the chart.
cheers

It does not sound like you are going to need market depth data. So no you do not need that. But that particular option we do not offer. You might just want to go for the entire CME group for 3.25 USD.

I activated NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, restarted Sierra and got M next to NG contract.
Unfortunately, same chart pattern as before.
And then when I looked closely at T&S chart, it says Natural Gas Futures, ETH SEP 18 ( looks like this symbol is based on Exchange trading Note.
Any idea how to get this one?
cheers

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:
Tick by Tick Data Configuration

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
