Hi, I currently have started to pay for extra data through your sierra chart data feed service. I find if i have the box checked for "allow support for sierra chart data feeds' my normal charts stop updating. Im connected through Infinity/transact. Uncheck that box , diconnect reconnect and all works as should. Recheck...no go. Am i missing something? The M appears on the chart name when i have the box checked but the chart will not update in real time. TIA Col. |

Everything looks fine in regards market data authorizations for your account.
