Sierra Chart is Crashing

Every time I select the september expiration of Crude Oil Futures(NYMEX - CLEU) the app will load the data and as it's loading become unresponsive then white out and I'll see a spinning wheel before it crashes entirely. I haven't been able to trade in over a day due to this issue and I talked to my broker data provider and they said it's a problem with sierra not with the data... Thanks. |

We used Safe Mode to avoid loading custom studies, reduced the amount of data in one of the charts, and updated to the latest pre-release which has proper error handling for out of memory conditions when using the Market Depth Historical Graph study.
