I have a TD Ameritrade account, but want to learn Sierra under a simulated mode. My TD Ameritrade Thinkorswim platform allows this. How can I do this? TD Ameritrade referred me to Sierra.

The title bar of my Window says "[ESU18 5 MIN #3 Symbol not found (Sep18)]" The chart loaded data but the title bar say "Symbol not found"?

Okay you are going to require real-time futures data and that will be reasonable being you have a TD Ameritrade account. So you are going to need to pay for and activate this data feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed You will need to activate this exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts 5.25 USD/month in addition to the real-time connection cost which will be 25 USD a month. The real-time US equities data will be available with the TD Ameritrade feed directly without an additional cost. OK, I set up my SC per the TD Ameritrade set up instructions. But I am not seeing the 5 minute candle stick being written live. The time on the chart is an hour or so behind. For example, my chart shows 15:15 and it is 16:00 in New York. This is the same for the following symbols on my charts: $SPX, SPY. In my other ESU18 chart, the time shows 14:50 and its 16:00 in NY.

You certainly are not going to get any real-time data for cash indices or futures because you never activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and we will not provide technical help if you are having trouble with the TD Ameritrade feed itself. I paid for 3 months of SC service and received the following message: -Notice: Your Services Balance of 56.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 63.36 USD. What services is this referring to? All I needed at this point was the Standard Service Package, which includes real-time Forex - correct? |

One thing we see is that you enabled an additional system. For a total of 3 systems. Do you want us to disable that? Actually we see that you already did disable it. OK, so I am paid up for the chart service that includes Forex for 3 months? How do I enable the real-time data for Forex from you to trade to my TD America account, at the same time?
