DOM Market Depth of field all of a sudden stopped working, Spoke to my CQG broker

Hello,

All of a sudden my Dom Market depth is only showing the current bid and ask. Called and emailed my broker and they stated nothing has changed on their end.

"Your account is enabled for DOM data. We would not make a change like that without your instruction. Please forward this to Sierra Charts. Level 2 is DOM data." It shows i have cme non pro level 2 bundle, level 2 is DOM data.
