Hello, I've recently subscribed to Full CME Exchange Data feed with Market Depth (currently on trial version). I've added market depth historical graph to my Studies setting and followed the instructions on Sierra Chart website for adding market depth data Market Depth Historical Graph but i cannot get the data to display. It looks like it is there but the color settings may not be correct. We want you to reset the Market Depth Historical Graph Study to its default settings following these instructions: Chart Studies: Resetting Default Study Settings For an Individual Study Remove it from the chart and then add it again and do not change any Input settings for it at this time. I reset the study like you outlined and it shows me a log like below: I am not sure what is going on because i can see real-time market depth data during trading hours when i open the market depth window like the one i sent you in the image a few threads above. Is it because I may be on the trial version? Follow the instructions below: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
