Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to access the CME Exchange Data Feed Free Trial (which I've paid and subscribed to) while using GLobal Settings => Data/Trade Service Settings =>SC Data - All Services? or does it have to be set to a futures broker? I have it set to SC Data - All Services currently and am not seeing real-time updates of futures tickers. Thanks a lot for your help. Best Regards, Elaine |

Yes you can but do you have a funded futures trading account with a broker? What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? Thanks for your reply. I have activated a CME exchange. When I am on the free trial, is it still necessary to connect to IB for data services and switch back to SC Data - All Services? |

We still do not see the exchange active on your account. We will do that for you. Do you require market depth data? Yes it is still necessary to connect once to Interactive Brokers to meet CME requirements. And at the beginning of each month. Thanks a lot, Just a quick question, on my account page, i see a table like the one below, does that not mean i am subscribed to the market depth free trial already which then automatically renews on 7/31? I see that you've activated the full CME exchange below, would I be double-subscribed? Yes there will be an automatic renewal as long as there is a sufficient balance on your account. Otherwise, it will just get canceled. But you can deactivate the automatic renewal.

Actually I think i understand what that is for now - it is for number of real time symbols, not exchanges. Thanks anyway. Just one last question, if i do want to switch to the Full CME Exchange fee without market depth, should i deactivate the one with market depth and reselect the one w/o market depth? |
