Hello, I have a little bit different issue. I am a service package 5 & a real-time data subscriber for US equities. I had a trial with IQ Feed, I was connected to their feed, but now I want to re-connect to sierra feed and my stocks aren't updating in real-time, the price charts are just stuck. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong? Thanks |

You need to check the box for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.
