I've been on Sierra Charts for two days and the default settings limited the amount of data I could load. I've tried to go into the Global Settings and change the maximum number of days to load. I've also tried to delete the data file and reload the charts on two separate occasions. The data on my longer time frame charts only shows 7/31 as the last date. Not having the data is causing my Yearly/Quarterly VWAP levels to plot incorrectly. Additionally, I can't even look back on a daily beyond this 7/31 date. I've gone done the road of opening up a support ticket and was sent the link to #42 as well as how to delete a data file neither of which worked. Thanks. |

Sounds like you are referring to futures symbols. So therefore use Continuous Futures Contract charts: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html Help topic 42.1 that we referred you to, does explain this.
