Having some market order errors

Support, I have had a couple of issues lately, I have an auto trading study that tried to flatten and cancel my orders according to my exit order. However the charts showed a market order on the screen then would not get me out of the trade and left the order on the screen. When I flattened on the DOM my charts lost connection when they reconnected the orders were canceled and gone. Here is my message log for the trade: Auto-trade: TFZ3 177 tick #3 | Uber On | There was an error flattening the position. Internal order ID: 41337 | 2013-10-16 08:59:42 I have run a Ping program to find out if there is package loss and I AM seeing some in the last few days, maybe the gap hit at exactly the same time as the cancellation order went in? Maybe you can see the internal id and let me know. I have run a trace and the issue looks to be right at the CME servers. tried to attache the image hope it comes through. |

Here is the Trade Activity log for todays order error placement. The beginning of the Log shows the disconnection from the feed and then a reconnect and it got rid of the orders after I flattened from the DOM. Next I had placed a buy stop above price from the chart, Once the order was reflected on my DOM I chose "Flatten and Cancel" from the chart, just to see if there was something up, then the chart initiated a sell stop at 1107.5. Maybe it was thinking there was an order somewhere? After that order was flattened I tried to replicate the problem but it did not. You can see this in the following order cancellations on the log after the 1107.5 order. Lets figure out whats going on, not trying to be pushy here, I am seeing something that isn't normal, thats all. Here is todays trade activity log and the picture corresponds with the orders placed on the account.
