As a TransAct user whenever I try to access the Market Depth Historical Graph study I get the error "current service package does not support this function". It looks like I have access to all of the other advanced features and studies. Is this a limitation with the TransAct version/data or is it possible to gain access to this feature ?? Thanks |

This is supported with Transact. You will need to contact your broker and have them set your account to support what we call service package 5. Not totally sure what they would call it on their side though. But if you mention you want support for the Market Depth Historical Graph, they will know what to do.

I am also a transact user via Infinity futures. Infinity supports package 5 as a default. When i asked them why i cant see Market Depth Historical Graph they told me that there is an extra 20$ fee pe month that is applied by Sierra charts. Is it still the issue or something have changed ? |
