Is it possible to make the horizontal lines transparent, or to draw them underneath the main graph that they are set on? I know this can be done through the Horizontal Lines study but it seems it would be an attractive feature in the tool as well. thanks

You can draw chart drawings underneath the main price graph. There is a setting for this in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings.
