I tried to update to latest version, 64 bit, using Help>Download Latest Version. Unsuccessful. Tried to update via Sierra Downloader. It hung at "File move unsuccessful." Please help. Bill French |

From our perspective, it looks as though you have Sierra Chart running when you are trying to do the update. It must not be running.
