I received an email dated June 23 stating that my service balance of 8.27 USD is not enough to cover the monthly cost of 30.25 USD for the Services enabled on my Sierra Chart account.

I made a payment of 151 on May 7 as well as a payment of 50.75 on May 9. What is going on? Why is my $201.75 balance already gone after one money? It should last 6 and 2/3 months at the rate of 30.25 per month.
