Sierra Chart malfunction after downloading version 1762

When I updated to v 1762, it installed without a problem. However, when Sierra Chart v 1762 64-bit is opened, it remains constantly frozen at "waiting for historical data". Even after seeing "historical data complete",as soon as chart is touched with cursor, it refreezes, again showing the hour glass and "waiting for historical data". The latter also occurs when touching the Help menu button, so I cannot go back to a previous version. The data source is Sierra's Forex download data. Most recent log file was uploaded. Thanks for assistance. |

Click to cancel the historical data download, then open the studies window and remove all studies. Then go to chart tab and click "reload and recalculate". Here if I have VWAP on the NYSE_NASDAQ_NETVOL chart it freezes, I always have to remember to remove the study before closing Sierra. If this doesn´t work, if you finally be able to access the help tab, choose to install the pre-release version. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-06-19 23:39:14
