[Programming Help] - Alert Condition dependent on specific timeframe/limit of another condition being true

I have an alert condition that if true, is also dependent upon occuring within less than 10 minutes of the MACD on another chart being above/below the zero line. I haven't figured out how to achieve this using "TIME" or "BARTIME". Could you please point me in the right direction? Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-06-19 15:12:56
