Repeatedly placing special characters or an image - toolbar 8

Dear Support I'm trying to find a way to repeatedly place on my charts similar images to those attached or even custom characters if they exist via a "Custom Text Drawing" Toolbar 8 button? What I'd like is the ability to repeatedly place consecutive numbers or letters that are within a circle via a single button ideally using a toolbar 8 button. Do you have any ideas of how this might be achieved.
