Missing CW symbols

I'm missing group of symbols from M,N,O,P,Q in CW when upgrading from v1689 to v1764. CW was restored when I went back to previous v1689.

Are you referring to the CW menu?

It will list all open charts in the visible Chartbook.

Yes, I am referring to the CW menu. My problem is I'm unable to save symbols begin with the letter M,N,O,P,Q to my Chartbook Files in v1764.

This is not a valid concept in Sierra Chart: "save symbols".

Are you referring to saving a Chartbook?

We do not see the relevancy here of the CW menu.

The charts must be in the Chartbook if they have been opened. You can see them through Window >> Windows and Chartbooks.

Decided to download current v1768 and I did find all my charts through Window >> Windows and Chartbooks. But when I open the CW Menu (Child Window), six stock symbols begin with letter L,M were missing from the list. I’ve been using CW Menu since 2013 and it works great until now. I’ll stay with v1689.

Okay at this point, we are assuming that the problem is that the menu is getting slightly cut off, but you should see an arrow at the top and bottom of the menu to scroll it up and down. We will make a slight adjustment to make the menu have less height.

Unfortunately, there is not a system metric available for us to precisely calculate the appropriate height. At least not that we have seen.
