Hi, Was looking for a function to find the first bar of session, in an 'external' chart. sc.GetTradingDayStartDateTimeOfBar, will do the same for current chart. There is no 'ForChartNumber' version of this function. Can you suggest a workaround or provide a 'ForChartNumber' version of sc.GetTradingDayStartDateTimeOfBar? Regards Vivek |

You can likely use: sc.GetChartDateTimeArray() and than use sc.GetTradingDayStartDateTimeOfBar on that timearray. |

sc.GetTradingDayStartDateTimeOfBar will give the session start/end as per the current chart settings, I believe. This will not work if the "external" chart has a different session start/end. |

Thanks, so can you provide the requested function - a 'ForChartNumber' version of sc.GetTradingDayStartDateTimeOfBar. Have a customer waiting for a study based on the requested functionality. |
