There is a problem with the messages from the FIX server. When you see a message like this: CTS FIX: Ignored message while waiting for FIX message resend. We have discovered the source of this problem and it is going to be resolved in the next release we are going to put out later today. Look for version 1035. It turned out the issue was on our side. We were not handling the sequence number reset message correctly from CTS. We have completely redone how we handle message sequence numbers to be appropriate for the type of FIX connections that we use.
