Partial missing data on cumulative delta study (volume) for symbol EX#

On the cumulative delta study (volume) for symbol EX# the data flatlines specifically between 7/2/18 and 21/5/18, all my other charts relating to this symbol are fine, including cumulative delta up/down tick, I have deleted and downloaded data a number of times - the corresponding chart for symbol XG#, which is also from EUREX is OK - Any ideas ?
