How to send file to user subscrbed thru a broker supplied SC

My destination user has SC furnished by AMP trading. "Help/About SC" lists only the account number at AMP. I attempted to share a file and the email came back to me (not to the destination user as intended) Also when/why is "send global config" used (check box) to send file to user. |

What this means is that the Sierra Chart account you have sent a file to, has your email address.
