Hello SC:

I just created and hid a support board request titled, "Your color background isn't working correctly". Will you still view and respond to a support board request if the request has been hidden from public view?

Thanks in advance.

SC charts are very nice.

The post is hidden and we will not respond. And we may not respond anyway if it is outside the scope of our support and that post is outside the scope of our support because it is Programming Help.

I think you should look at the screen shots again, because, in my opinion, it is not a programming issue, i think it is because your study is not calculating correctly when there is a 0, zero, in either the bid size or the ask size at a price level. For example, 7x0 or 0x8. Also, I think your color background based upon alert study does not calculate the formula correctly if the bid size or the ask size are equal. For example, 2x2 or 4x4 at a price level. This is for the color background study based upon alert.

Therefore, do not make the post hidden. Unhide the post and make a new post and request help again.

And if you think there is an issue, you need to provide a simple example. If it is too complicated it will get disregarded and be considered programming help instead.

Furthermore, it would be exceptionally unlikely there is any genuine issue, rather there is an explanation of why you see what you do, and you will need to make changes on your side or perhaps what you want to do is just not well supported.
