OK I did the FIX you suggested to a friend of mine for Sierra and TOP STEP still not getting a symbol list I was finaly able to connect however I have no instruments at all Please advise thanks Maria |

Select Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Full Reset button. Wait for the Symbols list to fill and then press OK.

We can see you are running an older Sierra Chart version. You must update to the newest version to use the FIX connection for CTS T4. Select Help >> Download Current Version to update. Once again you MUST update.
