I have been using your charts and things have been going well. Today though I was given a new 4 week trial package by a broker. They told me I could use the current paid Sierra package I have with this new trial they gave me. On your Data/Trade Service Settings page I typed in the new information they gave me: username: TDuffy1878 The charts are working well. The problem I have is when I try to place an order it gets rejected. Here is the service log: Trade Activity Log: File read result: 6471 records inserted. 230 fill records inserted. 0 records filtered. | 2018-05-23 10:36:37 Trade Activity Log: File date-time limits: Sim records date-time limit is 2018-05-08 00:00:00. Can you check with your broker and find out what is the correct Trade Account identifier you should be using. The problem appears to be fixed. I contacted the broker and there was a missing number in the Trade Account identifier. Thank you! |
