How to draw to see how many bars formed???

Hi Guy's, I am trying to find where you can see how many bars have formed from one point to another using Range Bars let's say... I want to click on any bar and move the mouse left or right and have a bar counter let me know how many bars away from starting point it is, anybody know how and where to do that in tools???
