If I have a trade initiated through SC at IB and I can see my GTC Limit and GTC Stop orders in TWS, will these orders be OCO working overnight at IB after I have close SC for the night?
Are these orders OCO on IB's server or will the OCO funtion only work with SC running?

This depends upon whether Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> More Interactive Brokers Settings >> Use Interactive Brokers Managed OCO Orders is enabled or not at the time the orders were submitted.

Yes, this was enable at the time the orders were submitted.
Just want to confirm that, if this option is enabled at time of placing orders, it is then not necessary to have SC running to have the orders mentioned above, working as OCO's at IB?
Also in this window, I see the following option: "IB Stop Order Trigger Method set as ...... (0 in my case, but an option to select 1-8). What does 0 implicate? Where can I see what these other options 2-7 implicate?

If the option was enabled at the time the orders were submitted, then you do not need to have Sierra Chart running for the OCO functionality to work.

For the Stop Order Trigger Method descriptions, consult the Interactive Brokers TWS API documentation:

I really did my best to go through all those pages, but could not find any info on "Stop Order Trigger Method settings".
What do you recommend we set this to on the Sierra Window setting option 1-8, or should I research this better? 0 is working just fine currently.
How do I explain to IB what am I referring to wanting to know what the different setting options in Sierra Charts are implicating?

Here it is:
Specifies how Simulated Stop, Stop-Limit and Trailing Stop orders are triggered. Valid values are:

0 - The default value. The "double bid/ask" function will be used for orders for OTC stocks and US options. All other orders will used the "last" function.
1 - use "double bid/ask" function, where stop orders are triggered based on two consecutive bid or ask prices.
2 - "last" function, where stop orders are triggered based on the last price.
3 double last function.
4 bid/ask function.
7 last or bid/ask function.
8 mid-point function.
