The program downloads data on different contracts every few / several minutes and during this process hangs for different periods of time, sometimes it is only a few seconds and sometimes a few minutes. I checked the settings on the other account on the same computer as this one and on the same fast internet and only here is the problem ...the problem exists when connecting the internet in different places

This may be caused by a custom study you are using.
