My aim is to display extended horizontal lines of the best bid/ask prices I searched for a study like “Current price line” applied to bid/ask prices but haven’t found one Then I enabled Chart DOM, but I am getting all bid/ask levels. Is there a way to display only the top of the book levels ? |

From your link, I can set the depth levels regarding the quantities on the ladder but that’s not my goal. I wish too choose how many depth levels regarding the thresholds displayed when I select Draw DOM Graph on Chart. |

There is an option with the DOM Graph to show the levels with the greatest volume and that normally will be the top of book levels. You can use that. I am on LMAX and most always the levels with the greatest volume are not the Top Of The Book levels. Wish you could add an option to display TOTP levels only. Or... adapt the “Custom price line” study so that it can be applied to top of the book bid/ask instead of last price only. Knowing bid/ask levels is important when trading forex, since there is no last price to trigger fills per say. thanks for your understanding Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-04-16 14:52:31

For the readers, solved by setting the Draw Style of the recommended study to both “Line at last bar to left side” and “Line extend to edge” to achieve an horizontal line of the last bid/ask prices only

Hi Napoleon, If you allow me a tip, you have the Study: "Current Bid Ask Lines". I am currently using it, since it also allows to create a transparent "area" between bid and ask prices ( using transparent fill rectangle top/bottom ). |
