I am wondering if you support member netting from the CME for data?

We are not sure what this is. So probably the answer would be no.

Yes I basically pay one time a month and this covers all my platforms. I would give the platform a shot for the next month to see how it works. Let me know what you need from me.

Yes it is possible for us to support netting with the CME. However, we need to get clear on a couple of things. So you want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which is documented here?: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Let us know. And you pay exchange fees once for all of your platforms so you do not want to have to pay the professional CME fees when using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed? Otherwise, you would have to pay 115.50 for each of: CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX. Which is going to be about $460. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. What we recommend is you get started now and activate the data feed following the set up instructions on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions You can activate any of the CME related exchanges and there are no fees until next month. This gives us time to sort out this netting agreement. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I am trying to look at an ESM18 chart today and the data seems to be delayed. Can you explain why this is? Am I doing something wrong?

I clearly have no idea what I am doing. I am looking for real-time cme data. I have an account funded with EDF Man Capital. I use Trading Technologies for trading. I also have a member netting agreement that you are currently trying to figure out how to get that to work. I cannot seem to get any data whatsoever on the platform that I downloaded. I guess the first thing I would ask is if I am currently setup correctly for data?

For real-time futures data in your case, you need to pay for and activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Follow the set up instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions I guess the first thing I would ask is if I am currently setup correctly for data? Not until you follow the instructions linked to.

I also have a member netting agreement that you are currently trying to figure out how to get that to work. The answer to your question is yes I do not have to pay the professional CME data fees when using Sierra Charts. I would however like to have the professional data fees added to the platform.

I think I got this figured out. The data looks like it was added correctly. I will be waiting for a response regarding the member netting agreement.

Yes we see that you activated several of the CME related exchanges. Although you only need the 4 ones which are 115.50 USD/month each. We will disable the others because they are not necessary when you have those four activated. We will work on the member netting implementation. So as we understand you are a member of the CME and do not work through a broker. So therefore can you contact the CME and let them know that you want to arrange for the netting with "Barchart" who is the vendor of record for this data feed. Let us know if you need anything more from us. We are going to add four different CME exchange options you will need to activate which have no cost and which support this netting. These will be ready before the end of the month. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
