Tick data looks strange this month

Hello,
I would like to ask you if there is some problem with my tick data? Today is the first day on May I opened the SC and see some missing prices in Number Bars. When I checked the Account Control Panel, there is strange information regarding Service Balance: "You need to make a payment of at least 20 USD". I have send to SC account 80 USD what is sufficient to cover montly SC service package 5 (33 USD) + data (33.5 USD) so what is the problem?

I have attached the screen with NumberBars data between 2 DTS windows, SC data and InteractiveBrokers. When I turn the DTS on SC Services, the data graph does not move automatically, like with no SC connect to broker platform first day in new month. On IB(trading) it looks like the bad IB tick data the have. Just very strange.

You need to make sure you connect Sierra Chart to your live Interactive Brokers account at least once a month and at the beginning of the month to be able to receive the real-time CME data from the SC Exchange Data Feed. Refer to:
