Dear Support, I have successfully established a connection to BitMEX to trade automaticly from Sierra Charts. After some initial problems it seems to work ok with one exception. The purpose of the automation is that I do not have to monitor the system all the time, so the connection to BitMEX has to be active at all times. But frequently (once a day or thereabout) the connection is broken, so when I discover that, I have to manually make the connection active again. I cannot say when or why the connection is lost/brougth down. Is there a way to automatically bring it up when lost without manaual intervention ? Regards, Staffan/ SunsetT |
