Unable to Make Control Bar Title Bar Visible

I'm not able to see the Control Bar Title Bar when the Control Bar is floating There is my Windows 7 Taskbar in place of the Title Bar , therefore I can not move the floating Control Bar or resize it (you can check the attached screenshot). This happens also with default Control Bars, detached Chart Windows with their own Title Bar enabled and with Auto Hide Charts Title Bar and Scrollbar disabled (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2). This is not a Sierra Chart issue, it is simply a Windows issue and where you have placed the Windows Taskbar. Move the taskbar to a different location and then move the desired windows to a different location. Then, you can move your Taskbar back to the top of the screen.
