Hello, i use at the moment the service package 5. I would like to use the analysis (Market Depth Historical Graph) for the Future Dax (Eurex). Unfortunately, the instructions for implementation did not work for me. Sorry, no file has been downloaded in my folder (Market DepthData). Please let me know how I can solve this problem. This feature requires market depth data. You will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the EUREX exchange for this data. Okay I just activated the additional functions (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the EUREX exchange) Unfortunately, the analysis does not work or I get no market depth displayed (only the best bid and ask price. You need to wait until the EUREX opens at 8 AM. Make sure Sierra Chart is running and connected to the data feed at that time. You can use the symbol DYM18 for the DAX. Okay, is it correct that I have to have a connection to eurex from 8 o'clock to 22 o'clock to get intraday market depth data and to have an intraday reply |
