Contact LMAX and let them know you are getting this error:
Text = BAD_CREDENTIALS

You need to let them know that you are connecting to fix-ate.lmaxtrader.com.

I just got an email from Lmax

Dear Marcin,

Further to your conversation with my colleague on Friday, i would like to confirm that if you are experiencing problems with Sierra Chart, but you are able to login using the same credentials on the web trading platform, we would need you to contact Sierra Chart directly.

Please inform them of your error message, and that you can log in via our web trading platform, and hopefully they will be able to assist you from there.

This response means they are not aware that you need to connect to their FIX server.

Ask them, if your account is able to connect to their FIX server? And if not, then enable it.
