Not getting live data

Hi,

I've signed up for CME, For professionals and users without a trading account, and under my data feed i've selected the "SC Data - All services".

Yet when I load up the emini Nasdaq, NQH18, it is not a live chart. How can i resolve this?

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers
