Hi SC, I posted to community about a week ago, but got no response. I am looking to create a Constant 1:1 relationship between price and time scale. As an example I want 1 day of time = $.10 price for CL futures. I have read through the documentation on scaling and think I need to use the Constant X and Y relationship, but I can't get it to work. It seems overly complex. Can you advise on how to correctly setup for the above example and then I can take it from there for future setups. |

You are correct, the only way to do this is to use the Constant X and Y relationship and set the Scale Settings to the specific relationship you are trying to accomplish. You can find the documentation for this here: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: X & Y Constant Relationship Scaling It is easiest to set the chart with the relationship you want and then use the Values Scale command to set a X and Y constant relationship.
