http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1518438686811.png (1) Start time is 06:30:00, as specified in F5 Chart Settings. BUT End is 00:00:00 -- not 13:14:59, as in F5 Chart Settings. Note: I tried to attach image of my Chart Setting F5 Window but failed. (2) MAIN PROBLEM -- For 2018-02-09 [as for every day] -- the Market Profile only shows the periods A through D, the first 2 hours of the session. Where is the rest of the data? Thanks. |

The End Time you see by the TPO profile is actually for the Volume Profile. You can safely disregard the End time. It is not relevant based on the settings. All of the data is clearly there. It looks like the problem is with this particular Input setting: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: TPO Letter/Block Time Period Length in Minutes (for Intraday Charts) What is it set to? I very much appreciate your help. I am glad the data is clearly there! But I am still stumped. To answer your question -- the input for "TPO Letter/Block Time Period Length in Minutes" is 30 - which is correct, I believe. 30 minutes per block or letter. I looked at both the references you cited, but I did not find them illuminating. (The only issue was that I cannot find a "Time Period Type" in the Study or Chart Settings, F5 or F6.) I didn't report, in my original note, a strange feature of my problem. The daily profiles seem to end just when I must exit Sierra and go to my day job, usually during the C period. |

I followed your instructions 2 days ago and uploaded the chart. But I don't see my post this morning. (I didn't trade yesterday.) So, I will try again. I hope my post works today. George |

We now see what the problem is. You are using the wrong symbol. In the case of Gain Capital you need to use ESH8. Single-digit year. Refer to: Changing the Symbol of a Chart After that, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
