Can't open replay function

On Saturday I started to work with the replay function and it worked fine. However, yesterday and today, when I click Chart -> Replay Chart (or do Ctrl R) then nothing happens. The replay window does not appear. I've also reset the Child Windows but still no replay window that pops up. Can you please guide me. I've already gone through the Replay documentation but there was nothing that helped. The only recommendation in the documentation is to Reset the Child Windows, which, as I mentioned, did not work
